Olivia is a PhD researcher at Atlantic Technological University (ATU) and is part of the Operations and Supply ChAin Research (OSCAR) program. Her research centres on entrepreneurial orientation and its impact on supply chain sustainability. Prior to commencing her PhD, Olivia holds a MSc in Strategy, Innovation and People Management from the University of Galway, a PGDip in Supply Chain Management from Rutgers University, and a BBS (Hons) in Entrepreneurship from ATU. With over 7 years of industry experience in procurement and logistics, Olivia seamlessly integrates academia and practical insights.
